I complain when I see others drive with their cell phones, yet I do it, on occasions, and I'm well aware of my surroundings when I cell phone drive (*laughs at this self-righteous proclamation*). That law hasn't come into effect here yet but it certainly needs to. Not only do we have an issue with the cell phone but Vegas is a city that never sleeps... you may come across a drunk cell phone driver and that is scary!!!
